Pilot terms

These terms cover the dealbender website and the early pilot. By joining the waitlist or the pilot, you agree to them.

The pilot

The pilot is free and experimental. Features may change or stop, and we may end the pilot at any time. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@dealbender.com.

You approve every action

dealbender only sends a request, files a claim, books a service, cancels a subscription or makes a purchase after you approve that specific action. You're responsible for the accounts you use and for decisions you approve.

No guaranteed savings

We work to make findings accurate and to link the source for each one, but prices, policies and warranty terms change, and stores and manufacturers make their own decisions. We can't promise any particular result, and the service is provided as is.

Your information

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

Fair use

Please only send us information you have the right to share, and don't use dealbender to mislead a company or make claims you aren't entitled to.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, dealbender isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the pilot.
