Your bill went up again. Find out why in 60 seconds.
Photo any business bill. We show you what's fixed, what's padded, and what we'd negotiate. Approve one message, we handle the vendor, and you pay only after the saving is on your statement.
No login. No bank access. A person's name on every report. The report is free, and you pay 35% of first-year savings only after your next bill proves it.

What we'd go for: the rate from 3.50% to about 2.70%, and the PCI and statement fees removed. About $3,840 a year back, on your next statement.

The same 4 bills. The same pattern.
A big company has a buyer who pushes back on every price. You have a stack of statements written so you can't tell what's fixed and what's negotiable, and a vendor who counts on that. Here is what owners describe, in public, every week.
- +64%
- A chef posted his towel-and-apron invoice: $122 a week became $201 for the same items. Owners replied with the same story and their own numbers.
- 5 years
- The uniform contract that creeps by dimes and nickels inside a term nobody remembers signing, with a 90-day window to get out.
- 7 in 10
- Waste consultants' own estimate of businesses paying for more pickups than they need. The hauler is not going to mention it.
- Month 4
- When a processor that just cut your rate starts adding it back under a new fee name. We check every statement for it.
Built for the businesses cost consultants won't take.
Restaurants, auto shops, dental offices, salons, gyms and shops, with 1 to 20 locations. The firms that do this for big companies set minimums your bills don't reach and keep about half the saving for years. We built the version that works at $800 a month of trash and $40,000 a month of card sales, and that gets cheaper to run with every bill.
Every bill has 2 parts. We only fight for 1 of them.
Part of what you pay is a real cost your vendor passes through. Nobody can negotiate it, and anyone who counts it as a saving is fooling you. The other part is the vendor's markup and the extras stacked around it. That part moves, most at renewal, and more when someone shows up with the numbers.
- What you pay
- $16,800 / yr
- Fixed, same at every processor
- $9,800 / yr
- Negotiable: markup and padded fees
- $7,000 / yr
The only number we ever count as a saving comes out of the highlighted part. The real split depends on your cards, your industry and how you take payments.
Card processing
On a typical 3.5% bill, about 1.5 points is your processor's markup and extra fees. That part moves.

Fixed. Nobody can move it.
- Card-network cost
- Set by Visa, Mastercard and the issuing bank. Every processor pays the same.
- Tip fees and taxes on trash
- The landfill's charge and the city's fees. Not the hauler's to lower.
- The garment itself
- The base cost of the shirt or towel. Real, and not where the money hides.
Negotiable. What we go after.
- Markup
- What the vendor adds on top of its real cost. The processor's discount rate, the hauler's base service charge above route cost, the per-piece rate on uniforms.
- Padded fees
- PCI and statement fees. Fuel and environmental surcharges. Loss, replacement and "service" charges. Often removed when someone asks with the numbers in hand.
- Contract terms
- Auto-renewals, escalators, minimums and exit fees. We count these before we call anything a saving, and we work your renewal 120 days out.
We do the work. You make one decision.
AI reads every line, prices what's negotiable and drafts the ask with your own numbers. A person checks it. You approve it. Then the vendor hears from us, not from you.
About a minute
Send any bill
A photo or PDF. For card statements the report lands while you wait: what you pay, what's fixed, what's negotiable. Other bills are read on the spot and a person finishes the report within 1 business day.
1 business day
A person checks it
Every report carries the name of the person who confirmed the numbers against your bill. Nothing is final until they've looked.
A few days
Approve one message
One authorization, one vendor, one negotiation. You see the exact message first, word for word. Nothing is sent until you tap approve.
Next month
Your next bill proves it
We bill only after the lower price shows up on your statement. Then Guard watches every bill and every renewal date for you.
It gets harder to beat with every bill.
Reading a bill is easy now. Knowing what a vendor will actually give up, for a business like yours, in your area, is not. That only comes from doing it, and keeping score.
- A record of what vendors actually agree to
- Every case adds a verified line: this vendor, this kind of business, this area, this volume, what was asked, what was conceded, and whether it held at 90 days. Quotes can be looked up. Concessions can only be learned by negotiating. Each owner after you starts further ahead.
- A price you can read on this page
- 35% of the first year, published, with the savings definition next to it. Cost consultants take about half for 1 to 5 years and don't publish their rate. They also won't take a $9,600-a-year trash account. We built for exactly that account.
- Your renewal calendar, held by someone who reads it
- Every contract date, every notice window, every escalator, in one place, worked 120 days ahead. A copycat can copy the screen. It can't copy 2 years of your bills.
- A person's name on every report
- AI reads, a person checks, you approve. No vendor pays us anything, and we say so in writing on every report.
You pay 35% of what we save you in the first year. Nothing else.
- Free Bill X-Ray
- Any bill. If we find nothing worth fighting for, you owe $0 and we tell you so.
- 35% of first-year proven savings
- Billed in 3 parts, each only after a statement shows the saving is still there.
- 25% on your 2nd bill and after
- Once you're a Guard member, every additional bill we win is 25%, not 35%.
- 90-Day Holds Guarantee
- The last part isn't due until the saving has held 90 days. If the vendor claws it back inside 90 days, that case's fee is refunded and we go back in free.
- Guard
- Included free for 12 months: every bill re-read, creep flagged, every renewal worked 120 days ahead. Then $79 a month per location. Cancel any time.
- Rate before
- 3.50% + $39.95 / mo PCI fee
- Rate after
- 2.96%, PCI fee waived
- Saving on the statement, year 1
- $2,580
- Our 35%, in 3 parts
- −$903
- You keep, year 1
- $1,677
- You keep, every year after
- $2,580
The whole saving comes from markup and fees, never the fixed card-network cost. We bill on the statement, never on the vendor's promise.

Questions
Anything else: hello@dealbender.com
What does it cost?
The report is free. If we lower a bill, you pay 35% of what you save in the first year, in 3 parts, each only after a statement shows the saving held. If the vendor claws it back inside 90 days, that case's fee is refunded and we go back in free. If we don't save you anything, you pay nothing.
Which bills can you read today?
Card processing statements get the full report in about a minute. Trash, uniform and linen, and internet and phone bills are read on the spot, and a person finishes the report within 1 business day. We only claim a saving on a bill once we have enough real bills like yours to know what it should cost, and the report tells you when that's the case.
What counts as a saving?
The difference between what the vendor charged you and what they charge after we negotiate, on the same volume and the same service. We only count the part that can move: markup, added fees and contract terms. Never the fixed part, and never savings from using less. If it isn't on your next statement, it isn't a saving.
Will you contact anyone without asking me?
No. One authorization covers one vendor and one negotiation. You see every message word for word before it goes, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
What's Guard?
After a win, we keep reading every bill you send: catching the rate that creeps back, the surcharge that appears in month 4, and every renewal date so you're never auto-renewed again. Free for your first 12 months, then $79 a month per location, cancel any time.
Do I have to switch vendors?
Usually not. Most vendors will lower the price to keep you once someone asks with the numbers. If switching saves more, we show you both and you decide. Some flat-rate card processors can't be renegotiated, only switched, and we'll tell you that up front.
I run more than one location.
One conversation, one authorization, every location. A 6-location operator negotiates as a 6-location account, and the vendor knows it. Email us and we'll set it up as one book.
I already use Muse, Claude or ChatGPT.
Keep using it. Your assistant can tell you a bill looks high. Lowering it takes a signed authorization the vendor accepts, an inbox they reply to, knowing which counteroffers hide a lock-in, and checking the next statement. Connect dealbender to your assistant and it can hand us the bill and pass along our updates.
Who's behind this?
A small team in Pleasanton. During the pilot a named person checks every report and every message, with the first 30 Tri-Valley businesses.
